Stent Projects was commissioned to undertake internal refurbishment works to the Amenity Areas which form part of Brigade Court, situated between Suffolk Street and Southwark Bridge Road, as well as works to the Southwark Bridge Road entrance which provides access to Brigade Court.
These works are integral with residential developments which form part of the Brigade Court development and included: Installation of ceilings; Lighting comprising LED lights, wall and ceiling lights; Flooring comprising screeding and finished floors; Wall finishes and decoration, including panelling and mesh panels; Wood Panelling and Cladding; Workstations incorporating backlit glass; Air Con and Cooling System; Audio and Video System installation.

Stent Projects was commissioned to undertake high-spec internal refurbishment works to Hicks Cottages and 7 Davies House, London SE1, (collectively known as 1,2&3 Brigade Mews), situated between Suffolk Street and Southwark Bridge Road, within Brigade Court.
These works are integral with residential developments which form part of the Brigade Court development withinthe overall Southwark Fire Station development.

Stent Projects was commissioned to undertake landscaping, below ground services and drainage works at the Grotto site situated south-west of Brigade Court and located south of Sawyer Street, west of Sturge Street and north of Great Suffolk Street.
These works are integral with, and provide public realm access to, a new Sports Hall and external multi-use games facility designed and constructed by others.
Works undertaken by Stent Projects includes the provision of public leisure space, including a stage and marquee open area; a water feature; pathways and seating; plants and trees; and perimeter fencing and gates. .
